We were commisioned by Sustrans the sustainable transport charity to make a small sculpture to publicize a new cycle way from the north to the south of Devon. Five schools entered a competition. They were encouraged to be as wacky as possible. Out of 100 entries we chose that of eight year old Stella Craft of Priory School Torquay below and made the sculpture above. Her bike has all the comforts: television, a bed and a jacuzzi. We presented the sculpture to the school in a glass case. The runners up below came from the Sacred Heart School Paignton and Queensway Torquay - the bottom two images.
