Sites chosen for Stourhead installations

We went to Stourhead the National Trust landscape garden in Wiltshire to discuss with the management the sites for the installations to be be placed over the next two years to commemorate the effect of World War 1 on the Stourhead community.  The site above, the western branch of the main lake was chosen for the floating installations. There will  be convalescent soldiers and a band. Below  will be the site of  the Giant Bike. Ebenezer Stone, a Stourhead stable lad, made his own bike before the war but lost both his legs in the conflict. The bike will lean against  the railing.
