Lunar Module shown at Salisbury International Arts Festival
We took our Lunar Module to the Family Fiesta at Bemerton Heath one of the events of the Salisbury International Arts Festival. One of the themes of the Festival is commemoration of fifty years since the Moon Landing. By complete serendipity one of the volunteers was as Carl Cooke from Arizona (see below). His grandfather was a jig builder for the actual module five decades ago. He inscribed a silver plate to add to our module. The last image below, continuing the lunar theme shows a tight rope walker at the Fiesta on the wire of half moon which oscillated like a rocking chair.

Project at Salisbury Festival
We are delighted to be commissioned to create an installation for the Family Fiesta at Bemerton Heath on May 25th, one of the events of the Salisbury Festival. Creative Wiltshire, the organizers, have chosen as two themes for the Festival events that happened respectively fifty and thirty years ago: the Moon Landing and the Fall of the Berlin Wall. Above is a sketch of our idea for a lunar module that we will create for Bemerton Heath. The original in 1969 looked like random bits and pieces stuck together so a perfect subject for a sculpture made with recycled materials. We are covering both themes of the Festival as Scraptor Paul Boswell will also be one of the muralists working on panels round the city inspired by the theme of the Fall of the Berlin Wall.

Anthony made this Frog for a client. There is a huge diversity in frogs. There are frogs actually named Big-headed Frogs and there are blue frogs. The client has named him Jeremy Fisher after the Beatrix Potter character.

Close Combat
"Close Combat" was part of our installation at Stourhead, the National Trust property in a sculpture trail that commemorated the experiences of the local community in World War . The train was inspired by a photograph of a train carrying camels in the Middle East "Close Combat" has been re -figured and erected in the Scraptors sculpuremad garden.
